1. When will frames be ready?

     2-4 weeks however,  we will make every effort to meet your show due dates. Please inform us of your upcoming shows. or special circumstances at the time you place your order. Our ready made frames can usually be done sooner.

2.Do you have ready made frames?

    Yes, check back soon for a line of ready made sizes.

3. What about ready made frames?

    We stock several ready made sizes of our most popular frames for  a quick delivery. These frames are made with the same loving care as any custom size made to order.

4. Can I get a frame or a finish that I do not see on the website?

    YES, we are here to serve.  All frames are hand finished in gold metal leaf or silver metal leaf. Finishes are interchangeable on all frame styles, however, frame profiles change the look of the finish. Please keep in mind that certain profiles may be more attractive in certain finishes.

5. How can pay for my frame order.

    We accept checks at time of order or most credit cards Via PayPal. See our ordering page.

6.  Can I receive a refund of deposit for frames not picked up.   

    Sorry no, all frames are made to order so deposits made on frames not picked up will not be refunded. Partial order pickup will not be allowed until entire balance is paid.
